Muschi de vita marinat

 Aceasta reteta desi are ingrediente putine este minunata.Sosul care se formeaza din ceapa,in combinatie cu muschiletul fragezit de la marinata sunt pur si simplu delicioase.

  • 600g muschi de vita
  • 100g ulei de masline
  • 4 cepe micute
  • 75ml vin alb dulce+4 linguri
  • rozmarin
  • piper boabe
  • sare piper

Mod de preparare:

Intr-un vas punem 7 linguri de ulei,cele 4 linguri de vin,piperul boabe si amestecam un pic pana se omogenizeaza.Carnea o spalam,o uscam cu prosop de hartie si o punem in compozitia obtinuta.Acoperim cu folie alimentara si dam totul la rece pt 2 ore,cu mentiunea ca dupa o ora intoarcem carnea.

Dupa ce carnea a stat la rece,o scoatem din marinata,o taiem felii subtiri,o dam cu sare, piper si o gatim intr-o tigaie fara ulei.
In alt vas punem uleiul ramas,sotam ceapa taiata cubulete mici si lasam la foc cca 2 min.Adaugam  vinul si lasam totul cca 4 min amestecand des,apoi adaugam si marinata, mai dam intr-un clocot si oprim focul.
Servim imediat punand in farfurie sosul,apoi carnea.

Il putem servi simplu sau alaturi de orice garnitura.
